1
Depart Yichang – Late afternoon/early evening: Take a shuttle transfer from the Yichang Central Cruise Terminal to the nearby Maoping pier to embark on your Victoria ship (shuttle operates 4:30 pm–9:00 pm on a first come first serve basis; winter operation is between 6:00 pm-9:00pm, until the bus is full).

Three Gorges Dam/Xiling Gorge – Visit the Three Gorges Dam, which spans the Yangtze River at Sandouping in Xiling Gorge. It is the world’s largest power station. Later today, sail through Xiling Gorge, the longest (41 miles) and deepest of the Three Gorges. (B, L, D)
Additional optional shore excursions (river conditions permitting) to Tribe of the Three Gorges or Hometown of Qu Yuan , offering Interesting glimpses into the culture and history of the Xiling Gorge region, and through the recently-completed unique ship lock with a ship lift, the world’s largest; it will be transited in about 40 minutes to an hour.

“Small Gorges”/Wu Gorge/Qutang Gorge – Transfer to another vessel for an excursion through Shennong Stream small gorges, which are narrower than the Three Gorges, but very impressive. Depending on river conditions, an alternate excursion may be substituted to the gorges of Goddess Stream. Enter the 25- mile long Wu Gorge, known for its quiet beauty, forest covered mountains, and cliffs so sheer that the sun barely penetrates the precipices. Then sail through Qutang Gorge, the shortest (5 miles), narrowest (500 feet), and most dramatic gorge. (B, L, D)

Snow Jade Cave – Shore excursion to and scenic Snow Jade Cave. Depending on river conditions, an alternate excursion may be substituted to Shibaozhai, with its impressive wooden pagoda. (B, L, D)
Additional optional shore excursion (river conditions permitting) to Fengdu’s “Ghost City”, known for its statues of ghosts and devils on Mingshan Hill.

Victoria Cruise lines reserves the option to substitute another vessel in its fleet, depending on winter maintenance schedules.
Single supplement: Add 75% of the cruise fare in a superior cabin and 100% of the cruise fare in a suite.
Children under 12: Staying in the parents’ cabin are charged 67% of the full cruise fare. Parents with children 2 and over, and adults sharing a triple, may find that a Superior Cabin is not roomy enough when a third bed or cot is placed in it. For such bookings, it is suggested that either a suite be reserved, or the third passenger reserve as a single or share basis in a separate cabin.
Children under 2: Staying in the parents’ cabin are charged 10% of the full cruise fare. In a Superior Cabin, infants under 2 must stay in a bed with a parent.
Service Charge: In lieu of tipping, Victoria Cruises charges approximately $25.00 for cruises of 5 days and under, to be billed on passengers’ credit cards upon check-in (amount may fluctuate depending on exchange rate). This service charge does not include a gratuity to our river guide or cruise director, which may be given at passengers’ discretion based on their satisfaction with services received, as can gratuities for additional special services requested by passengers. For porterage between the cabin and lobby, an optional gratuity of $1.00 per bag is recommended.
Guest satisfaction is our highest priority. Any service issue should be communicated to our Cruise Director, so that we can address it in a timely manner. Should any service concerns not be met to your satisfaction, the service charge can be adjusted by our Cruise Director at time of disembarkation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A fuel surcharge may be added to the cruise fare, depending upon fluctuations in the price of fuel.
